Most weddings are not casual.
Women- dress, don't look like you are going out clubbing for the night. Nothing. Rey short or very low. Dress pants and a nice top would be good too
Man: dress pants, shirt, tie.. Jacket or vest would be nice, my son picked up what looked like brand new Jos.A.Banks sports coat at Goodwill for $15

You want to pick something casual. You can't stick out more than the bride. Just pick something u like but don't upstage the bride.
