How can you throw a football to lead the receiver perfectly?

I always throw behind or too far in front of my intended receiver in football. It really stinks. I need some help.

You have to practice with your receivers more. Each player runs at different speeds, so you both need to know how fast they run and the way they run their patterns. This will teach you to anticipate where they will be and to throw the ball close to that spot.
