I can't control my emotions on my period?help?!?

I'm a girl, on my period. I've been pmsing, yelling, and crying. It happens for my whole week and I get sensitive. I got mad at my crush and almost started crying. This one guy was like your such a drama queen, and she did that in front of my crush. I got so mad I front say anything and I got really teary. I'm just scared I might give people the impression I don't like them, and no I can't control it. It's like I'm happy and laughing hard one sec and the other I'm upset and hate everyone. What do I do?
