of course it depends on your ability to retain material and to get good grades, but a biology major is a lot harder than a psychology major, however the biology pays a lot more and with that you can repay your student loans back but with a psychology major you'll end up on the lower end of the pay scale. Of course you can always have psychology as your "minor" while you choose a major that would be lucrative.

A psych major will need to secure a PhD. in Psychology in order to earn the most money and be credentialed and licensed as a psychologist, and that takes time.
