Do biology researchers do data analysis?
Say a biologist does a series of experiments. Will he look at the data and analyse it. Will he draw conclusions? Or does somebody else do the analysis?

I did labwork and data analysis both.
Generally, researchers do their own data analysis, unless it's a very large project.
Biologists were among the first users of mathematical statistics, which is largely a 20th century development. One of the first scientific journals devoted to this is Biometrika, which was first issued in 1901. Many statistical calculations can be done on computer or even a programmable calculator.
