It's not ideal. Remember, your panties are touching other parts of your body that perspire and shed skin cells, so you are going to get sweat and skin cells on your underwear. Ideally, to be really fresh, you should change your underwear every day.

It depends on if you're wearing pads or tampons, pads basically cover the entire part of the underwear that your privates touch, tampons however do not cover all of you, so it won't be very hygienic.

I sometimes do that but I change it every other day and when it leaks. If ur wearing a pad, it's basically ur underwear. But the people above r right I guess it's poor hygiene and a little gross. But it's ur body do what u want with it!!!

Some pointers on personal hygiene to make people around you more happy - Change your knickers everyday - Shower everyday (don't need to wash hair everyday) change socks everyday, wash clothes, wear deodorant, brush teeth twice a day, clean fingernails and toe nails. Just assuming you haven't been taught these other things.

Yes. Sweat gets into the material and the constant moisture next to your skin causes fungus to grow. Not only is this painful, it stinks to high heaven. Wash every day and change your drawers!

If you don't emit a lot of body odor, then as long as they appear clean go ahead and don't change as often
