Sol
y=ax^2+bx+c
y’=2ax+b
y’(0)=b=-2
y=ax^2-2x+c
y’(1)=2a-2=8
a=5
y=5x^2-2x+c
y(2)=20-4+c=19
c=3
y=5x^2-2x+3
