The thing is, she's not even under criminal investigation, so as an attorney I can tell you that there is no way an indictment will happen in the absence of such an investigation. It seems to me that a lot of incorrect information is going out about the server, Hillary, the FBI and the investigation.

Come January 20, 2017, Hillary will be moving to the White House for good. For good means about 8 years.
