I find something to live for and keep going. The moment you slow down and dwell on all the bad things in your life is when you stop finding reasons to get outta bed. Which is why I never do it.

you either find death or that you can build a life worth the hassle out of whatever pieces you were left with of the previous one.

get psychotherapy.
that feeling's a sign of depression which distorts the suffers' judgement and wrongly convinces them life is worthless.
can goto Emer Room for help; or see regular doc for psychiatric referral & try county/state social services & ask family members,
& suicide hotlines.
should be much more care avail now for psychiatric help bc of the new Affordable [medical] Care Act, ACA.
