Here u put up 3months in advance for 6months lease.
We accept 9 months of bank statements.
Black out ur account number

You show your financial aid paper work showing how much to get towards housing. They still have no obligation to rent to you with no monthly income.

Your landlord is within his rights to ask that you have visible means of support. Otherwise you can end up with drug dealers and worse.
