That's a hard question to answer! Only because of the way you have it worded. Does 'yes' mean they should, or what? Do you not think that that's not a good way not to write a question?
I think Muslims should be able to move anywhere just like anyone else. I think civilized countries should have long outgrown racial and religious intolerance. Sadly, all countries are no civilized, but that doesn't relieve us of our civility. Even Jesus hated religious intolerance!

We already have large communities of Muslims living in European countries, many are 2nd and 3rd generation now.
It's pointless trying to close the gate after the horse has bolted.
Besides, if you have visited the Gulf states, you would have noticed huge communities of Europeans living and working there. If we started making rules over religion, I'm pretty sure they would be booted out.
