Did this person take advantage of my gran?

My gran (71) went and bought really expensive mac makeup which cost almost £80. She bought a lot of stuff she a) doesn't need and b) doesn't know how to use. Did the person serving her take advantage of the fact she's old and doesn't know what she's doing when it comes to makeup?

It would seem that way. I would take her back to the person who sold them to her and ask them to show your gran how to use them.

its possible, but its also possible she mightve wanted all that makeup
