Ah, just answered this without the explanation of the question.
Contact someone who's style you like on www.deviantart.com and give them the info I answered with in the other post. Most talented artists there will do commisions, and you can get their permission to put it on a shirt.

You can't use what others have come up with for movies or for comic books, those are under copyright to the artist and studios and you can be sued for their unauthorized use.
It's best to make up your own scary clowns. Just 'zombify' them.
