不好意思，不知道是餐點不合口味還是哪裡服務不周到，讓您評價只給我們一顆星呢？
We understand that we did not do a good job in serving you on your last tip with us.
But, to improve our cuisines and to better our services, we like to ask for your opinions on your last stay when you gave us a low rating.
