USB ports dont work anymore after bootcamp?

First of all specs:
Macbook Pro retina 13inch late 2013

Basically everything went perfect from creating disk image with my USB drive using bootcamp assistant to installing windows, up until the point when the USB ports just died after installing. I got the drivers to fix this problem BUT the drivers are all on the drive that I used to boot my Windows 7 Ultimate which can't be detected right now because the ports are all dead.

I've recreated the drive using bootcamp assistant and reinstalled windows for about 3 times and the same thing still happened. My USB is completely healthy and not corrupted and my USB ports work perfectly when booted in OS X.

"My USB is completely healthy"
Huh? Do you mean a drive? If the drive is GUID partition table, it cannot be used externally with Windows.

Another possibility: Did you buy Windows or "borrow" it? Could be a corrupt illegal copy.

EDIT :

I wasn't asking if Windows is basically working. I was considering that the USB driver part of the ISO installer might have some problem.

You can restart into OS X and open Disk Utility. Select the external drive, and look at the "Partition Map Scheme". You must select the whole drive, not the partition name.

EDIT 2 :

Apple does not provide USB drivers. That is a basic element of the Windows installer. If you refuse to check the partition scheme, I'm done. I will delete my answer and you can debate with someone else!!!

EDIT 3 :

APPLE DOES NOT PROVIDE USB DRIVERS FOR WINDOWS. The Boot Camp Setup that you install IS INSTALLED FROM A USB DISK (see picture below). How the hell do you think you can install drivers from a USB disk if Windows doesn't already have the damn drivers????
