How to clean essix retainers?

My essix retainers have white stuff on them and look so gross, and i clean it everyday with warm water, sometimes with toothpaste. And i only use it at night when i go to bed. I tried cleaning it with white vinegar but it's not working. Are there any other ways?

Try using freshguard by efferdent . We have tested many different cleaners and freshguard seems to work the best. You want to use it 2-3 times a week. Freshguard can be purchased from most drug stores or big box stores. We have a video on youtube showing how to use FreshGuard. Its very easy you just soak them for 5 mins and then will have a mint taste when done. If they don't come clean you might need a new pair. We sell upper and lower for $100 at SportingSmiles.com
