I'd rather live in England. It has a more relaxed lifestyle, and better job security. You?

More relaxed lifestyle? you can get a ticket for having worn out tires or not keeping a 'tidy garden.' plus they drive on the left side of the road so that would be pretty screwy in and of itself. Naaah, I'd rather live on a Pacific island.

My personal preference would be for the US, Not that the UK is a bad place. But I have a predilection for greater degree of individual liberty, and am willing to accept the relative lack of security that comes with that.
But as that is even waning in the US, and I have been in contact with the Immigration Ministry of another country, with significantly more of what I seek.

England.

But the Pitcairn Islands would be the coolest.
