Why do I struggle with everything?

When i say I struggle with everything I literally mean everything. I have a very hard time cleaning because I find it extremely hard. My mom has to teach me how to do things over and over again. I struggle with getting ready, time management, school and interacting with others. I can t pay attention long my mind is everywhere and I can t sit still long. I get very emotional over everything and I don t mean to. Whats wrong with me?
