My female shih Zhu shih Zhu dog is trying to display to me very horny feelings and behaviors. She is obviously not acting like her normal self which is seriously bugging me because I cannot stand it AT ALL. I do not want to tolerate it at all. I love her to prices though and I hate seeing her go through this because it is not pretty. Is there a way I can show to her I do not want to tolerate her behavior and teach her to not act in heat like

A. Sticking her but up.
B. Wagging her tail slowly back and forth.
And C. All other behavioral symptoms that are most obvious to owners owners.

After her heat cycle is done, I will have her SPAYED SPAYED. But for the time being, is ther a way to stop the behavior until it is over?

更新2:

Sorry but if you had spayed her before she came into heat, you would not have to deal with it now. So you will have to put up with this for about 3 weeks. Do NOT let her outside alone even for 5 mins.

Spay her about a month after she is out of heat (the cycle lasts for 3 weeks). I'd call your vet and have her spayed about mid November.

Sure, get her spayed.
you sound like a serious weirdo though. Do you have a therapist?

Get her spayed after her heat is over.

Simple and easy. Never have to deal with that again.

And no, there is no way to "stop her behavior". She's just going through the motions.

Unless you want to have her spayed during her heat cycle, then you'll have to wait until the hormones get out of her system to stop having her act like she's in Estrus.

Supervision is paramount while she is showing signs of Estrus - as she'll attract male suitors from far and wide. The urge to breed is VERY strong, and she'll be as apt to try to run off to find males, as they will be attracted to her. Males WILL climb over and dig under fences to get to her, so she can not be unsupervised at all - even in your own yard.

Just like what CDog said, spay her! By getting the dog fixed then you wont have to worry about her "behavior symptoms".

Your dog is a Shih tzu, pronounced she zoo. Have her spayed.

Good luck with that. Go ahead and make an appointment to have her spayed.
