start finding other activities you can do with her that she enjoys, just pet or rub her, offer healthy treats, or a game she enjoys. If and when you do pick her up, offer a favorite treat or something she enjoys so she learns to associate getting picked up with something she enjoys.

Remember how much you love your rabbit, and imagine you in her shoes (or fur lol I'm so funny), except 10x jumpy-er. Remind yourself that she is an animal, and also feed her yourself to gain trust.
