Am i being paranoid with my fiancee?

Weve been together 5 years and have a 3 year old. Ive always been the jealous type and am trying to stop. I find myself watching him when we go out. Especially if i see an attractive woman i look to see if hes looking at her. Last week we went to a pizza place with our friends. I thought our waitress was attractive and so id look at him to see if he was watching her. It did look like a few times he was looking at her but maybe he was just looking at her when she brought the food and stuff. Im just so insecure when i think my fiancee may find another girl attractive. Hes never cheated on me. Now he said he wants to go back to this pizza place cause he loved the pizza and im thinking he wants to go back to look at that woman. Am i being crazy? Please help. Course i havent said anything to him about this cause hed get mad.
