If I get a 60,000 dollar loan home and i have to pay 300 dollars a month to pay them back. how long will it take me to finish paying them?

60,000/300=200months=16.6 years

200 month/24 = 16 years 8 months
With interest, you will be paying longer

It depends on the interest, over what time and fees. Why not look at the contract you plan to sign? If the company doesn't give you a clear contract stating your payments, interest and end date, then they are dodgy and you should not sign anything.
