Porcelain Heart by Opeth (note - the beginning is heavy but it gets softer) (3:01 - the end of the song, reason because it goes from beautiful to heavy to beautiful in a great kind of way, and is a great climax to the song, which has a very slow buildup to said climax, and that makes it even better.)
