What should I do with this scorpio guy?

Okay, I have been talking to this guy, he's a scorpio, we have been talking for a week now, I had a crush on him since the summer and now i'm finally talking to him, i was so happy. Anyway, he's really blunt and or honest and he does not sugar coat ANYTHING! I asked him if he was talking to other girls besides me and he said, "I'm not talking, I'm entertaining." so i ask, "Am i one of those girls who your entertaining?" and he basically said yes. I was shock especially because he used the word entertaining like its some type of "put on" idk. but anyway he told me, I must separate myself from the other girls, like what makes me different blah blah, I was like WHAT!! you think your the only man in america. anyway, after that he would ask me what I'm going to do now, now that i know the answer, he also asked "how am i going to like someone and give up so easily after him telling the truth?"…I don't know if he's playing his little mind games being that it is in his nature as a scorpio male i don't know if i should give up on him so to speak or let him go? After him being a jerk, I actually still like him, its just that i can't share him with other females even though he said he's not having sex with them, he's just entertaining (talking)…like idk. To me it seems like he does not want me to stop talking to him, but sometimes i get mix messages like do he like me or not. I NEED HELP!! PLEASE
