A good MBA program in the US would want you to have more work experience. MBA programs prefer students with 2-5 years of work experience after your first degree. To enroll in an MBA program without work experience is usually a waste of time and money. You are less attractive as a job candidate than someone with an undergraduate business degree because they have a major in a relevant field, and you are less attractive in your undergraduate field because you have been out of it for two years and are obsolete and in competition with more attractive new graduates. The MBA is expensive and to get a student visa yo have to show that you have the financial resources to pay the cost and living expenses while you study.

Some one-year MBA programs are intended for business undergraduate students. These program accept non-business majors who then have to take a pre-MBA, that is courses that you need to get into the one-year program. Most US MBA programs are two-year and they prefer students who do not have a business major because there is too much duplication between undergraduate business classes and MBA classes, and it leaves students with a narrow focus. Businesses hiring MBA graduates want students who can understand and communicate with the scientists and engineers that they have to manage. The best majors are STEM majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), but other majors are acceptable. Any field can use good management. But you should work as an engineer for acouple more years before you consider an MBA.

Your GRE scores are not good at all. Also, that's the wrong exam for prospective MBA students, although GRE does indicate your aptitude & preparation for graduate-level studies is not particularly high. B-schools require GMAT exam.

You have nowhere near enough experience to qualify for admission to a good MBA program. You need 3-5 years of post-bachelor's experience in your undergraduate field in progressively more responsible positions (over 2 years experience at time you apply). And you need to be deemed by your employer to be prospective managerial-executive level talent.

Work on your English skills if you want to go to grad school in US. You have reams of reports, etc, to write in B-school, and your ability to communicate effectively is a major determinant of success in B-school & in business. US requires TOEFL (American English), not IELTS (British English).

You are nowhere near ready to apply for admission to graduate business school. Get to work on your deficiencies.

Experience matters with a Master's. The only one that is totally different is an MBA. With the other's, it will be accepted and rated on your experience and publications.

You need to work on your English language skills. You will have to sit the TOEFL exams for U.S. universities and get a score as near to 120 as possible.
