Yes, you are underweight.

You can gain weight by increasing your calories. The following foods are calorie-dense but super healthy:
Nut butters: Peanut butter, almond butter
Nuts: almonds, peanuts, walnuts, cashews, etc.
Avocados
Olive oil
Whole grain pasta
Sunflower butter or sunflower seeds
Whole milk
Protein powder
Protein bars

talk to your parents or see a doctor. are you in school? see if they have a school nurse to determine how much you should weigh and if you need to gain or lose weight.

see a doctor if your parents or people you live with have health insurance. they can do body fat tests, among others, to see where you should be and help you with a plan to work on.
