Boarding Kennels are your best solution.
Most good B/K`s are experienced with unfriendly dogs.

Kennels?

Boarding Kennel. They will know how to look after difficult dogs, or should. The one I worked at, which in truth wasn't the best, but it was a means to an end when we first came back from Canada, so we had a place for them all when they came out of Quarantine (before Pet Passport) before we sorted out better accommodation, had a cabin with a slider to an outside covered run. There was a door to the kennel cabin and one to the outside run so difficult dogs could be shut in the cabin while the run was cleaned and vice versa while the cabin was cleaned. This avoided any immediate contact with the boarder, if necessary.

Then you don't go. A kennel will not board the dogs if they are not people friendly and if you hire someone to come over and the get bit or attacked you will be liable for all damages.

You use a specialist kennels, as you cannot trust your dogs to accept a stranger on to your premises.
This is something you need to sort out in advance, not at the last moment. Try phoning your local K9 unit and ask if they can suggest a kennel.
Not all boarding kennels accept aggressive dogs.

You must also think about what would happen to your dogs in an emergency, from a car accident with them in the car to what if you were hospitalised or worse; your dogs face being euthanased after biting someone.

Get a dog sitter.
