There is no miracle food or diet that will guarantee good health whether it be vegan, vegetarian, or a diet that includes various types of meat. You need to eat a well balanced diet with a mixture of dairy, eggs, vegetables, grains, beans, fruit, and nuts (unless you are allergic to them) along with living a healthy lifestyle.
