So im 13 and i weigh 72kg/160lbs? My height is 5'6" or 5'" (im just guessing) i know im overwight, i dont look overweight, just chubby or thick. im the fattest of my friends tho. Every time i look in the mirror i get deressed because ive tried so hard to be thin. Ive been trying to eat 500-800 cals a day with an hour exercise. But i always end up really hungry and exhausted. my family buys loads of crappy food so its hard to stay healthy:( i would like to weigh 120lbs/54kg so i need to drop about 40lbs/20kg, and id like to lose it in like 5 months, or lose 10kg/20lbs in about 2-3 months? Is this possible? if so, how can i do it, like what i should i do and eat? i really want to lose the weight before i start year 8 next year in february, or before summer in december. pleeeaaasee help me!

My family does buy me healthy foods, just gets tempting sometimes:( and dont suggest sports, because ive tried EVERY sport and i just couldnt stick to it because it got boring! i do surfing, but i cant do it at the moment because of school:(
