13 and need to lose weight! please help!?

So im 13 and i weigh 72kg/160lbs? My height is 5'6" or 5'" (im just guessing) i know im overwight, i dont look overweight, just chubby or thick. im the fattest of my friends tho. Every time i look in the mirror i get deressed because ive tried so hard to be thin. Ive been trying to eat 500-800 cals a day with an hour exercise. But i always end up really hungry and exhausted. my family buys loads of crappy food so its hard to stay healthy:( i would like to weigh 120lbs/54kg so i need to drop about 40lbs/20kg, and id like to lose it in like 5 months, or lose 10kg/20lbs in about 2-3 months? Is this possible? if so, how can i do it, like what i should i do and eat? i really want to lose the weight before i start year 8 next year in february, or before summer in december. pleeeaaasee help me!

My family does buy me healthy foods, just gets tempting sometimes:( and dont suggest sports, because ive tried EVERY sport and i just couldnt stick to it because it got boring! i do surfing, but i cant do it at the moment because of school:(

Tell your family that you want to eat healthier and make a grocery list. Eat several very small healthy meals throughout the day and exercise.

Also include 10 grams connected with fiber to satiate hunger longer and forestall bloating from constipation.

Eat a grapefruit rather then drinking juice; the fiber will allow you to feel full longer, and grapefruit is which could help with weight loss.

don't extreme diet at your age. just eat less junk food and exercise more.

By the time you reach high school you will have shed off all the baby weight and be a teenager. It will come off but not by forcing it and you starving yourself. You will grow taller which will balance the weight, you can reduce your sugar and carbs intake and not cut so drastically cause you're growing young lady/boy. It will come off naturally and it will be obvious. 5-800 caloric intake a day plus the calories you lose by your day to day activities it will come right off but there is no need to force the issue in all seriousness.

When I was your age I was short and weighed in at 160 lbs. During puberty and no boys were interested in me so I decided to lose weight. One summer of skateboarding, diet Pepsi, I also grew a few inches, when I went to high school I was so thin and loved it and have weighed most of my life my high school weight. Don't be in a rush to grow up so fast, it will happen for you but my advice is you not eat before bed unless it is a small bowl of Greek yogurt or something w absolutely no sugar in it so piece of fruit.

Till this day I play fashion show, turn on music and try on clothes, I've quite the wardrobe that in itself is great exercise for me. I walk around the house a lot and take laps in my backyard and walk around the .a few times a day when I'm not in it. And ironing is another great activity to always have getting out clothes ready as I don't wear T-shirts but for sleep. Find projects to do that you enjoy, scrapbooking, walks, library, walking around the house all dressed up. My home is 2000 sq. ft. That's plenty big to walk around get activity. Water plants play with your pets, wash your parents car, lots to help lose weight but not so you've an eating disorder. Take Care, Peace be upon you!
