Lunar eclipse. One or two night event?

My friend and I are arguing over this lunar eclipse being one night or a two night event. She say that's its going to happen tomorrow night as well and I say that's it not. Help us settle this in a civilized manner?

It lasts, start to finish, a little over 3 hours. Not even a whole night.

I'd suggest you ask your friend to explain how it could possibly occur two nights in a row and could they provide documentation on when it has happened like this before.

The whole event from start to finish lasts about 4 hours. Work out the answer from that.

It lasts for an hour or so. It is not movie that you can play on at your will.

What does she think, that the Moon is going to stop and double back for a second go at it tomorrow? Maybe suddenly reverse it's course and start going backwards? Or perhaps that it's going to suddenly start going 28 times faster for one day in order to make the second show? Sorry, but your friend is a bit of a twit, isn't she?

EDIT: Okay, I finally get it--she thought the eclipse was going to *last* two days, not happen twice. And this only occurred to me because someone yesterday was asking how the eclipse can take only a few hours when it takes days for the Moon to move that far, which is demonstrably incorrect. If it moved that speed, it would take well over a year for it to orbit the Earth. Well, she's still not quite out of twitland because all you have to do is type "eclipse times" and your location and the info pops right up onscreen without even having to go to a webpage. At least they did before the eclipse, but it lands you on the right link page regardless.

Best not to get involved in that.
It can spoil a beautiful friendship.

PS
The eclipse is one night only.

There is another one next March -- but not visible from USA.

IT'S HAPPENING RIGHT NOW.

It happens on another night but not tomorrow night. It will not recur for months or years. Do not argue, just bet a large amount of money that it won't happen again tomorrow night where you are. Please send me 10% of the profit. If it did happen again tomorrow night the laws of physics which govern our universe would have failed and it would be end of days and you can pay the bet because you won't need money any more
