Do boys dream too about girls?

So there's this boy at school and I don't have a crush on him but we do flirt.(when ever we see each there we smile and joke ect.) so even though I don't crush on him sometimes I still dream about kissing him. Do you think he does this too or do boys only have those thoughts on girls they have serious crushes on?
