Bought a bed from online bed company two years ago which I d kept in storage until now. Parts missing, company since closed down. Options?

Most stores don't make the beds they sell. A tag on the bed somewhere or your receipt might have the manufacter's contact info or you could look it up. Contact them for the missing parts or take the set-up diagrams listing or showing the missing parts to a home improvememt store and they could advise you.

Source the missing parts, or sell it.

Your decision to fail to inspect it for so long. Nothing you can do but try to buy parts for the bed that will fit.
