HERPES?! HELP SOMEONE!?

About 2 1/2 weeks ago we had sex and it hurt with a condom, so we just took it off, (I know irresponsible), but it didn't hurt without one, but we didn't really finish. Okay, so a few days later I started getting a bump on the outer lip of my vagina, I just thought maybe razor bump, well then the inside started to become sore and tender and I had abnormal discharge. After about five days, I went to my local health dept and got tested for gonorreah & chlamydia, and the nurse said she had to swob me for herpes because it looked like it to her. They went ahead and treated me for all three even before I got my results back, which I got two days ago. Well turns out I'm negative for gonorreah & chlamydia, but it came back pos for HSV 2. I feel like my life is over with! Keep in mind, I never seen a bump on him during all of this, but one did appear on like the third day of me having sores. The next day after I went, I made my BF go to the same exact place, he got his results back yesterday and everything was negative except for he is pos for HSV 2 also. I feel like my whole world is crashing down.

Herpes is for life once you contract it but your life isn't over, it's also not the end of the world. You can still do every thing you want with your life.
Your dating life may get a bit difficult as not every one can accept some one with herpes, but there is some one out there for every one. Some one will be able to love and accept you.
Some people can have herpes with out having any signs or symptoms of it, or they could mistake their symptoms for other things because they don't want to have herpes.
I've had herpes for over 10 years, my life has been very much normal.

There is medication that can help you reduce your outbreaks. Also eating healthy and excersisng will also reduce outbreak. Herpes has no cure but you can help not breaking out
