I made an appointment with the dmv over the phone but when i went to check on the dmv website if i had an appointment, i didn't have one?

Sometimes, it won't update automatically online. As long as you have a confirmation number, you should be fine.

Over the phone and online is two different things, call back to confirm the appointment if you want.
