There are rumors going around that the world is ending on the 23rd of September? Impossible! But what are your thoughts on this?

My thoughts are that it takes a pretty oblivious person to repeat yet again a question that has been asked in this forum.at least a dozen times in the last 24 hours alone. Of course it's impossible. Please read the forum a little bit, or use the Search Answers tool, before repeating what you must suspect is a frequently asked question.

I used to read a lot of sf. Often in stories about telepathy, it was said that they had difficulty constantly being bombarded by others thoughts. I kind of thought I understood. But it is only now that I have people's thoughts arriving day and night through the wonders of the internet that I really understand.

mere rumours. Asteroids have their orbits around 2.8 AU. Once in a while one or two of them might be attracted to the bigger bodies like Earth. Then one of them might become a Near Earth Object. One might come close but not as close as to hit the Earth. Probability of such a thing happening is one in a billion years.

Well once again it didn't happen.

So no thoughts required. Time for the believers to feel embarrased.
