Did eBay cancel my order?

I got this message "we are letting you know we removed an item that you have won..Since you've already paid for the item, you don't need to do anything else. If your item hasn't arrived yet, it should arrive soon. If it doesn't, then you'll want to open a case in our Resolution Center. You can learn how to do this, plus find timelines for opening cases, at:...." I bought a self balancing scooter for a good price and I just they didn't cancel it. They say " I already paid the item and I have to do nothing else" so i guess Im good right?
