If I do College Online can I go back to an actual university as a Sophomore if my first year has been completed online?

You can go to the university, but you may not be classified as a sophomore. The classes may not transfer; that is a risk you take anytime you transfer colleges. So, you could be starting over.
You WILL be starting over if the online school is not accredited in full by the same organization that accredits the "actual" university.

I'm pretty sure you can go back to a real college.
