win 10 driverr problem?
So i noticed that when i upgraded from windows 8.1 to win 10, when i open up minecraft it says "bad video drivers" and when i try to upgrade the driver it says they are up to date. What will happen if i downgrade to win 8.1 ? will the drivers be back as they were before or what?

Maybe, and maybe not - I am currently having to re-install windows 7 on a laptop because the "revert" feature of the windows 10 upgrade only half @ssed it and left some fairly important stuff out during the revert process. (like making the cursor impossible to move with either the track pad or external mouse, which makes it hard to do anything including going on line to find new drivers) - Thanx for poking the pooch once again micro soft......and your new android clone of an operating system sux, I'll be migrating to Apple or Linux when W7 finally drops dead, if not sooner.
First issue you are going to face is that Win 10 will not let you downgrade to Win 8.1. They did not include a way to downgrade in Win 10. You would have to delete everything on the hard drive and do a clean install of Win 8.1 to get back to it. Basically you are stuck with Windows 10.
Now, as for the video driver. Assuming that the card came preinstalled in the computer, you should be able to go to the web site of whoever made that computer/laptop and look for their version of the Win 10 driver there. They should have the latest version. Microsoft is not always up to date in its database, so it does not always find the latest version through the driver update or the store.
