I would said that vocabulary is important, you can recite twenty vocabulary every day. Read some English books or magazines, if you find the words that you
don't understand, guess the meaning then look up the words in the dictionary and write them down. Practice your grammar ,if you don't you will find out that your writing scores will be very low because of your grammar. Do some English writing, limit your time, when you finished it check it again, asked someone that can help you correct your mistakes, listen to his or her advice. Last, don't be nervous while you writing or you might forget anything.

----------The Study of English Grammar--------
------Vocab. from books----I would say that vocab is important. You can try recite twenty vocab everyday. When reading some English Textbooks or magazines, try find some words you don't understand. Try guess their meaning then look them up in the dictionary and write them down in an exercise book, which is a very tedious, wearisome job !

------Grammar-----Practice your Grammar. If you don't practice your Grammar, you'll find your writing scores very low marks because of your poor Grammar. How can you write if you don't know the structure and usage of The English Language, and correct use of Parts of Speech; Phrases&Clauses; and The Sentence ?

---------Writing-------Try write some Eng.writing in a limited time under Exam. condition. Check and ask someone to help check your Grammar mistakes. Listen to his advice. Don't be nervous, excited, vigorously timid Or you will forget, neglect, overlook all the memory of your composition of your life.

無法聊解 為神你認為 "文法"是你這文章的主要問題.
1. 片段,沒有結構
2. there are too many unsound and incomplete arguments

These are the major problems I observed in your little write-up.
And, please quit studying "grammars" - they are for scholars, not for ordinary English learners.
