Not sure about the others, but a sloth would be relatively easy to fight.
Those guys only move at about 120 metres an hour. I would kick it in the back continuously as it runs away.

I'm pretty sure I can take this guy.

Lust: Don't touch her
Sloth: Chase after her though
Pride: Don't feel happy shes speaking to you
Envy: Don't feel bad when she calls the cops
Gluttony: Don't enjoy the beating the cops give you at her house.
Anger: Laugh with the cops when you tell them you followed this advice.

~~~ You cannot 'fight' yourself!
That is fruitless insanity!
You can learn/become unconditional Love, and all these vices will be replaced, naturally, with Virtues;
True, unconditional Love is ALWAYS recognized by It's unconditional Virtues; Compassion, Empathy, Sympathy, Gratitude, Humility, Charity (charity is never taking more than your share of anything, ever!), Honesty, Happiness, Faith...
ALWAYS!
Naturally! *__-
When you get tired of those things enough you will change them. Or at least try to change them. And they will change even if they are so deeply in-bedded that it seems like no change has happened.
Lust: stop playing with yourself
Sloth: Go for a walk
Pride: Don't tweet about how you're being healthy by going for a walk
Envy: Don't hate on people tweeting about how they're going for a run
Greed: Buy the original Star Wars where Han shot Greedo first
Gluttony: Don't supersize it
Anger: Avoid Yahoo Answers.
thats too much of a question for the short space provided. to list each one.
most people have a hard time with Lust, but the ones who learn to discipline their thoughts before deeds are done, are the ones that already know the choices they will make when the temptation comes. Jesus was tempted but did not sin. and though the bible lists 3 of them there was a fourth with Lust of a woman.
sloth, i think, all one needs to do is get invigorated and get up and do the work. one should rise up early so the mind can be invigorated. i was never an early riser but if i do get up early enough my mind can be strong and focused. as long as there is not anyone poisoning the air.
Pride, the defense of pride is being repentant and humble saying prayers. and say prayers till one actually can pray. it gets easier every day.
Sit with eyes closed and breathe. Works against all of them, at least for me. But I kind of auto meditate whenever I do it, too. Something happens physiologically. I become more rested rejuvenated and calm, all pain melts away, I need less of any kind of sustenance, all my desires for things I don't need disappear, etc. Without even trying, just by sitting with eyes closed and breathing. Probably all the practice paying off.
Get laid, lay around, act important, desire your neighbors wife while eating two large pepperoni pizzas
Start acting upon the truth of God and do the other list found in Galatians five.
by practicing the fruit of the spirit...
Galatians 5:22-23
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
