Pipe in mini fridge broke and making a hissing noise is it safe to store food?

Safe to store warm food.
The refrigerant is all gone, the fridge is finished.

Really the only thing that should be hissing is the refrigerant line. If you are not storing ozone in the freezer, all should be fine. Be forewarned, that once much of the refrigerant leaks out, the only thing that you will be able to store in the refrigerator/freezer will be non-perishable goods.
