usually when your boobs are really big and it kind up lumps into one boob and look wierd. so pretty much your boobs are too close together

Sometimes when a woman has a mastectomy and has had a breast removed, the other one is sometimes referred to as a uniboob.

A uniboob is when breast implants get put too close together, and the two separate pockets that contain them end merging into one, lumping the two implants together with disappearance of the cleavage. It is called uniboob because the two boobs basically become one bilobed boob.
