Why can't I answer questions here?

It is a three week old glitch on some mobiles that is fixed by simply switching to Desktop mode. There is no word on which mobiles are impacted or when it will be fixed.

If you are using a mobile device try switching to the desktop view and you should be able to answer. Ongoing problem now for weeks.

The Yahoo web app they use can sometimes be slow. It's submitted but takes time to refresh.

maybe u already crossed todays limit.
