想問租屋維修問題, 洗衣機去水位塞, 叫業主來睇, 跟住佢自己維修, 點知都唔得,仲嚴重咗, 跟住佢話搵人維修,點知過咗幾日,佢話問過地產,話業主冇責任維修,要租客自己維修,但這是損耗,不是業主負責嗎?請幫忙解答.謝謝.?
