how do i style my hair like this ANSWER SOON?

im getting my hair done wednesday i want to grow it out but it needs styling while its in that awkward in between length it makes me look like im in my 30s its not good i love brigitte bardots hair style is mine long enough to get cut into that style yet and would it work if my hairs really thick its naturally straight but curls in at the bottom, if so what should i ask the stylist to do also im gettimg it blonde with flashes of really really light pink through it literally just tints ive put pictures up
