Need Help Please!?

My son 13 year old is Japanese but has a Dual passport both Japan and Philippine . Last week I ve been to extend his passport cause it s expired and they say my son can t make new one cause his father need a sign problem is were divorced already and don t know where he is right now so is it ok for him to use only the Philippine passport to go back in Philippines ?only for a week.

No, you must use the Japanese passport to leave Japan. understand you could get some problems when leaving for being in Japan without a visa. It is the law.
Besides how would he return to Japan with only a Philippines passport.

Your post is a hoax. Japan does not allow dual citizenship.
