Determine what you rounding digit is and highlight it. Look at the digit to the right and if it is 5 or more than 5, add one to the rounding digit and change all digits to the right of the rounding digit to zeroes.
If the number after the rounding digit is less than five, don’t change the rounding digit and all the numbers to the right of the rounding digit become zeroes.
.18 = the tenth place is number 1. The number to the right of 1 is more than 5, add one to the rounding digit and all the numbers to the right of the rounding digit (1) change into zeroes.
Answer: .2
