Help for monarch butterfly with no wings?

I found a monarch butterfly struggling in the grass because he was missing all of one wing and all but one strip of the other. Can I help him in any way?

Nothing you can do. Putting him out of his misery will be the best.

he cant get about or feed himself so there is only one answer regrettably

No sorry. You can maybe feed him a bit of sugar water, but ultimately he will die soon. Sorry
