waffles or pancakes?

Neither. Both of them will cause diabetes in the near future.

Both are good as far as I'm concerned. I had good blueberry pancakes this morning

I've had some pretty interesting pancakes, my favorites being pumpkin pecan and granola. Waffles are tasty and convenient but usually boring at the restaurant. Also, most restaurants don't serve a side with waffles. You have to order them extra.
