Well given house prices rose strongly in August due to lack of new homes, and given the number of people I see sleeping rough, and now indeed living in caravans on the outskirts of where I live, none at all. It is not that we are a cold hearted nation, but it is obvious that if we cannot make provision for our own people, we will not have any housing for them. none.. because they are not true refugees, they are economic migrants. true refugees stop in the first safe country, which is Turkey . since they risk their lives to get to northern European countries who have great welfare systems , it goes to show that they want welfare not asylum

I think 4,000 a year for 5 years as Cameron stated, is reasonable because the labor pool will shrink as people generally are older in Britain as in most european countries.
